Usage Methods:
Manual gluing: Use a hair roller to dip the glue, roll back and forth on the board, until the board is evenly coated with glue, and then put back on the PVC film, scrape the PVC film with a scraper to remove the air, and then send it to the cold press for curing under pressure.
Cure. Curing temperature must be higher than 5℃, 3 hours initial curing, 24 hours of health can be.
Mechanical gluing: The amount of gluing is about 80g/m2, the gluing must be even, the duplicated boards are stacked on top of each other, and the top boards are pressurized with heavy objects. Curing in an environment higher than 5 ℃, after 24 hours of health can be. It can be cured in an environment of higher than 5℃, after 24 hours.
Pressurized lamination is also available.

Precautions:
(1) If the glue becomes thick when used, it can be mixed with not more than 2% water and stirred well before use.
(2) After taking the glue, please cover the bucket of glue at any time, to prevent the impurities such as wood chips from entering, or the surface of the film, which will affect the use of the glue.
(3) Please try to use and store the glue at the ambient temperature of 5-35℃.
(4) Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature.
