Product Usage:Wood veneer composite adhesive is mainly used for solid wood doors, lacquer doors, and solid wood furniture composite. Product Features:1) Better initial adhesion, fast positioning, and strong bonding.2) High viscosity, anti-sagging flow, excellent thixotropy. Glue does not flow, is easy to apply, and saves glue without waste.

    Usage Method :
    Adhesive substrate water content <12%, no oil, no floating dust. Single-side gluing, the amount of glue>150g/m2. Use a hair roller or brush to dip the glue, roll it back and forth on the board, until the board has a uniform coating of glue, and compound veneer, scrape lightly with a scraper to remove the air, and pressurized heating to make the veneer paste solid in place.

    Precautions:
    1) If the glue becomes thick when used, it can be mixed with not more than 2% of water and stirred well before use.
    2) After taking the glue, please keep the glue bucket covered at any time to prevent impurities such as wood chips from entering, or the surface film, which will affect the use of the glue. It will affect the use of the glue.
    3) Please try to use and store the glue at the ambient temperature of 5-35℃.
    4) Storage period: 6 months, after half a year, if there is no delamination, the caking phenomenon can still be used.
