    Scope Of Application
    LM6019 is used for sealing PVC edging strips, laminating wood substrates, and wrapping PVC, CPL, wood veneer/ wood-based artificial boards, wood veneers, etc.

    Specific applications

    • Ensure that the surface of the substrate is clean and dry before application;
    • The temperature of the substrate should not be lower than 20 degrees Celsius when applying the adhesive, if necessary it can be heated appropriately;
    • Depending on the application conditions, the working temperature can be adjusted from 130 to 160 degrees Celsius;
    • Suggested application volume is 20 to 100 g/m 2 (depending on the substrate);
    • Full curing takes 1 to 7 days, but the adhesive has a high bond strength after initial pressing;

    Storage
    Unopened products should be stored in a cool place. The recommended storage temperature is 5 to 25 degrees. Shelf life is 9 months.

    Precaution

    • Do not mix with other adhesives;
    • Wear personal protective equipment as heat is required for use;
    • Since this product contains diisocyanates, use it in a well-ventilated environment, even in the recommended temperature range.
    • Use in a well-ventilated environment, even within the recommended operating temperature range.
    • It is recommended that the product be recycled on a “first-in-first-out” basis.
