Specific Applications
(1) Ensure the substrate surface is clean and dry before applying the adhesive.
(2) The substrate temperature must not be below 20°C; pre-heating may be applied if necessary.
(3) Adjust the working temperature between 120°C and 140°C depending on application conditions.
(4) Recommended application amount: 40–100 g/m² (depending on the substrate).
(5) Full curing requires 1 to 7 days, but high bonding strength is achieved immediately after initial pressing.
(6) Uncured hot-melt adhesive can be removed with a cleaning agent (W6602 recommended).
Storage
Unopened products should be stored in a cool place. The recommended storage temperature is 5–30°C.
Shelf Life: 9 months.

(1) Do not mix with other adhesives.
(2) Personal protective equipment must be worn during use, as the adhesive requires heating.
(3) This product contains diisocyanates; even within the recommended working temperature range, it should only be used in a well-ventilated environment.
(4) Follow a “first-in, first-out” usage cycle.
