    Precautions
    (1) Substrate Preparation: Ensure the boards are sanded and dust-free for a smooth adhesive application.
    (2) Adhesive Application:

    • Use a spray gun with air pressure above 7 kg and a nozzle diameter of 1.3–1.5 mm.
    • Apply approximately 80 g/m² of adhesive to grooves, glass-inlay sections, and side edges. For the entire door panel surface, apply an average of 40 g/m².
    • For wide-base grooves, aim the spray nozzle at the joint between the beveled edge and the base, spraying each side once to ensure uniform coverage

    (3) Thermoforming:

    • Set the equipment preheating time between 5–20 seconds, depending on room temperature.
    • Vacuum forming time should be 90–120 seconds.
    • Ensure the adhesive reaches a temperature above 65°C to activate fully.
