Precautions
1. Substrate Preparation: Ensure the boards are sanded and dust-free for a smooth adhesive application.
2. Adhesive Application:
- Use a spray gun with air pressure above 7 kg and a nozzle diameter of 1.3–1.5 mm.
- Apply approximately 80 g/m² of adhesive to grooves, glass-inlay sections, and side edges. For the entire door panel surface, apply an average of 40 g/m².
- For wide-base grooves, aim the spray nozzle at the joint between the beveled edge and the base, spraying each side once to ensure uniform coverage.
3. Thermoforming:
- Set the equipment preheating time between 5–20 seconds, depending on room temperature.
- Vacuum forming time should be 90–120 seconds.
- Ensure the adhesive reaches a temperature above 55°C to fully activate.
