    Method of Use
    1. Manual Application:
    (1) Use a roller to apply the adhesive evenly onto the board.
    (2) Once the adhesive is spread evenly, overlay with PVC film.
    (3) Use a scraper to smooth the PVC film and remove air bubbles.
    (4) Place the assembly in a cold press to cure.
    (5) Curing temperature should be above 5°C, with an initial cure time of 3 hours and a full cure time of 24 hours.

    2. Mechanical Application:
    (1) Apply at least 80 g/m² of adhesive evenly.
    (2) Stack the laminated boards with the topmost board pressed with a heavy object.
    (3) Cure in an environment above 5°C, with a full cure time of 24 hours.

    Precautions

    (1) If the adhesive thickens during use, add no more than 2% of clean water and stir thoroughly before use.
    (2)  After extracting adhesive, always seal the container promptly to prevent contamination by wood chips or other impurities, or surface film formation that could affect usage.
    (3)  Use and store the adhesive in an environment with a temperature of 5–35°C.
    (4)  Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature.
