LM330 Wrapping Adhesive

Product ApplicationAdhesion of PVC, leather, PU paper, and similar materials to MDF, paper, fabric, and leather. Particularly suitable for PVC film/MDF profile wrapping or flat lamination boards. Product Features(1) This adhesive is primarily composed of VAE latex, which effectively resists the migration of plasticizers present in PVC, ensuring permanent adhesion.(2) The adhesive uses water as a dispersing medium, making it non-flammable, non-toxic, and environmentally friendly, ensuring safe usage.(3) The product not only provides excellent final bonding strength but, due to its unique formula, also delivers fast tack, which is not achievable with conventional water-based adhesives.(4) It is specifically designed for the popular PVC/MDF profile laminations in modern decorative applications.

    Method of Use

    • Apply the adhesive to the PVC film using a roller or scraper. The amount of adhesive should be approximately 60–100 g/m², depending on the substrate.
    • Ensure uniform application.
    • After applying the adhesive, heat the PVC film in an oven and laminate it to the MDF.
    • Use small rollers to apply pressure, and use a hot air blower during pressing to accelerate adhesive curing and achieve fast tack.

    Precautions
    (1) If the adhesive thickens during use, add no more than 2% of clean water and stir thoroughly before use.
    (2) After extracting adhesive, always seal the container promptly to prevent contamination by wood chips or other impurities, or surface film formation that could affect usage.
    (3) Use and store the adhesive in an environment with a temperature of 5–35°C.
    (4) Shelf Life: 6 months at room temperature.
