    Method of application

    • The moisture content of the adhered substrates should be less than 12%, free from oil and surface dust.
    • Apply adhesive on one side with a coating amount of over 250 g/m².
    • The materials should be bonded immediately after applying the adhesive, and pressure should be applied before the adhesive cures (generally within 30 minutes, depending on ambient temperature and humidity).
    • Delayed pressing after adhesive application may result in surface drying, preventing proper wetting of the opposite substrate and causing bonding failure.
    • The press machine pressure is typically 40 tons.

    Precautions
    (1) If the adhesive thickens during use, add no more than 2% of clean water, and stir thoroughly before use.
    (2) After extracting adhesive, always seal the container promptly to prevent contamination by wood chips or other impurities, or surface film formation that could affect usage.
    (3) Use and store the adhesive in an environment with a temperature of 0–35°C.
    (4) Shelf life: 6 months at room temperature.
